This is a screenshot of a search we recently did in one of the leading property-search-engines in France. The company behind the search-engine say they offer most of the properties on sale in France. Many real estate agents (even the ones without license) register objects they have found in the professional property databases, are selling on behalf of the owner or received from another real estate agent.

Many owners make contact with several brokers in order to speed up the sale of the property and/or try to get a higher price for it. In our search below it's the same villa these real estate brokers offer - the only difference is that the broker selling at the highest price has the best photos . We do not think that's worth 90.000 euros. Do you?
